Delivery to Hotels & Resorts
WE OFFER $30 DELIVERY with the following terms:
a) Your room MUST be booked directly with the hotel i.e. You are collecting keys at the onsite hotel reception and NOT from a Holiday Agent / Airbnb nor is it a Private Residence
b) Delivery is to one of the following suburbs:
- Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Broadbeach Waters
- Chevron Island, Isle Of Capri, Paradise Waters, Main Beach
- Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Nobby's Beach
- Miami, Burleigh Waters, Burleigh Heads
c) We assure delivery by 2pm to reception
d) You must return equipment to reception by 10am on the last day of hire
e) Minimum order of $30
f) 1 days notice to make a booking is generally required
- We offer $40 Delivery to Bundall, Benowa, Clear Island Waters, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Palm Beach
- We offer $60 Delivery to Coolangatta, Gold Coast Airport, Tugun and Kirra
Call our office to book a delivery to the $40 & $60 areas. Suburbs not mentioned above may have limited delivery services. Call us to discuss your options.
Q: WHAT DOES 'BOOKED DIRECTLY' MEAN?
A. 'Booked directly' means you are collecting keys from reception on your arrival.
If you are meeting an outside agent to collect keys or it’s a private unit – then you are NOT booked directly and we cannot leave equipment with the reception.
Q: I WANT MY GEAR AT A PARTICULAR TIME, CAN I SET AN APPOINTMENT?
A: EXTRA FEES APPLY to set an appointment for delivery, will vary depending on the time of day and are subject to availability. Contact us for more info.
(Set appointments cannot be booked via our website, please phone our office to make arrangements.)
Q: I WANT TO HAVE MY GEAR TILL LATER THAN 10am ON THE LAST DAY, CAN I HAVE A LATE PICK UP?
A: FEES APPLY for late pick-ups and will vary depending on the time of day. Contact us for more info.
Sometimes it may be more suitable and cost less to extend your hire for another day rather than request a late pick up.
Q: I NEED A DELIVERY TODAY!
A: You will need to call our office if you need to hire from today as our website can't book less than 24 hours in advance.
If you contact us early enough on the day, we may be able to offer you free delivery.
However if our van has already left our premises, a same day delivery may attract extra charges.
Q: WHAT IF MY DELIVERY LOCATION IS OUTSIDE OF THE SUBURBS LISTED ABOVE?
A: We can arrange delivery to most Gold Coast suburbs, however fees will apply. You can book most locations on our website however accommodation further afield may require you to call our office for a quote.
