Delivery to Holiday Rentals / Airbnb / Private Residences
WE OFFER $30 DELIVERY (incls Pick Up) WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
a) Your agent will meet us onsite or is located very close by
b) Delivery is to the following suburbs:
- Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Broadbeach Waters
- Chevron Island, Isle Of Capri, Main Beach, Paradise Waters
- Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Nobby's Beach
- Miami, Burleigh Waters, Burleigh Heads
- We offer $40 Delivery to Bundall, Benowa, Clear Island Waters, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Palm Beach
- We offer $60 Delivery to Coolangatta, Gold Coast Airport, Tugun and Kirra
Call our office to book a delivery to the $40 & $60 areas. Suburbs not mentioned above may have limited delivery services. Call us to discuss your options.
c) Delivery & Collection window is strictly 10am - 2pm. If our delivery schedule allows, we will try to narrow down the window to 10-12pm or 12-2pm if required by your contact person on the Coast
d) NO specific set times for delivery, or delivery outside of the above hours. (Fees apply to set times and are subject to availability)
e) Equipment must be ready for collection by 10am on the last day of hire
f) 1 days notice to make a booking is generally required
g) Minimum order of $30
Q: WHAT IF AGENT CAN'T ALLOW ACCESS?
A. If the agent is not able to allow access, or is not in close proximity for us to collect keys, or there is no safe place the equipment can be left, then fees may apply to set a time to meet you or the agent at the accommodation for delivery.
However arrangements can usually be easily made and there may be a safe place the equipment can be left.
Q: WHAT IF NO ONE WILL BE HOME AT MY PRIVATE RESIDENCE?
A. We can make arrangements in most situations. There may be a safe place for equipment to be left for a short period.
Q: I WANT MY GEAR AT A CERTAIN TIME, CAN I SET AN APPOINTMENT?
A: YES you can, however fees do apply - please contact us to discuss this option.
Q: I WANT TO HAVE MY GEAR TILL LATER THAN 10am ON THE LAST DAY, CAN I HAVE A LATE PICK UP?
A: YES you can, however fees do apply and generally 12pm is the latest time we can accommodate - please contact us to discuss this option.
Sometimes it may be more suitable and cost less to extend your hire for another day rather than request a late pick up.
Q: I NEED A DELIVERY TODAY! DO I STILL QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY?
A: If you contact us early enough on the day, we may be able to offer you free delivery.
However if our van has already left our premises, a same day delivery may attract a charge of $25 (as well as other fees if applicable)
