DELIVERY INFO FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

If you are an overseas customer it may not be possible for us to easily reach you when you are on the Gold Coast.

Therefore please familiarise yourself with the delivery process below to ensure there are no hiccups...
 

A)   DIRECT HOTEL DELIVERIES

    • If your room is booked directly with your accommodation we will deliver gear to reception by 2pm.

      We MUST have the correct accommodation booking name and you MUST be booked directly (i.e. you are collecting keys from reception on arrival) for reception to allow us to leave the gear with them.  

      Please contact us prior to delivery if you have not listed the correct name during checkout or if you are unsure about this in any respect.
       
    • You MUST return equipment to reception by 10am on the last day of hire.
       

B)  HOLIDAY RENTAL AGENT DELIVERIES

  • If your accommodation is booked through a holiday rental agent we will contact the agent with the details you have provided. 

    The agent must allow access anytime between 10am – 2pm for delivery and for pick up from 10am on the last day of hire. 

    If the agent is not able to allow access, or is not in close proximity for us to collect keys, or there is no safe place the equipment can be left, then fees may apply to set a time to meet you or the agent at the accommodation for delivery.

    We will email you if this is the case to discuss the options.

Fees apply for return deliveries if we are unable to make the initial delivery or collection of gear due to incorrect booking information supplied by you or if all the gear is not ready for collection at end of hire by 10am at the organised location.
